Preparing athletes in the off season is something we take very seriously. To be an elite level player in any sport you must have all the pieces to the puzzle. Speed, strength, skill, and confidence are just a few of the pieces that FAST provides athletes. Cybel Forbes is an up and coming HS sophomore basketball player at Buford High School. Cybel has division 1 aspirations and she knows that starts with her playing great this season. Cybel has a solid mid range game and great court awareness. We hope to help her increase her vertical leaping ability, make her more physical on and off the ball, get that first step explosive and help her compete from the start to the finish super strong.
