Step 1

Team Practice / Games

FAST Elite teams hold 2 practices per week. The first practice of the week is in the half court setting working on offensive and defensive schemes, plays and presses.

 

The second practice is in a scrimmage setting where players can work on those schemes as well as build team chemistry and cohesiveness.

Step 2

Player Skill Development

All players will undergo extensive player development as the season progresses. Each week coaches will take players through drills and techniques used by pro players to elevate their game. 

Step 3

Speed & Strength Training

As a part of the FAST Elite program your player will be entitled to the full suite of weekly training programs ran by FAST. Flight School, Injury Prevention, Speed and Agility Training and Strength Training are all a part of each players regimen.
